K.I.L.L. OR C.A.L.L.

Samada aku penat aku atau short-term memory lost.. puncanya tadi Client call aku nak check status notebook dia dah siap ker belum… aku buka system pastu check memang engineer dah attend case ni. So slamber jer aku bagi taw Client..

“Sir, I checked that Engineer tried to KILL you 3 times” pastu aku tersenyap jap…. Hahahah mengong! Aku sebenarnya nak cakap, “Sir, I checked that Engineer tried to CALL you 3 times” tapi macam Client tu pun mengong gak.. dia jawab “ok!” hahahahah… nasib aku cover balik, “you can collect the unit already”

Lesson of the day:

1.       Fokus

2.       Jangan buat 3-4 kerja dalam satu masa (sebab waktu Client call ni aku tengah buka FB, sambil checked email, sambil checked system, sambil follow-up case… wakakakaka)

3.       Terlajak perahu boleh di undur, terlajak kata.. sendiri mau ingat!!!
